This is GOOD. But it doesn’t seem to have dented Bush’s perception that the judicial branch of government is irrelevant to him, inferior to the office of President, and can be ignored at will.
Luna, I couldn’t agree with you more, but with one small addition in that he couldn’t care less about the legislative branch either… you know, the one that passed laws like NEPA and the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
