Twitter was all aflutter yesterday over a foul slandering of the sea slug Glaucus atlanticus. The culprit was an Australian article discussing these sea slugs washing up on Gold Coast beaches. Ugly, blue, slimy, venomous, bluebottle-eating cannibals.
