Where Do All Your Tinsel And Trappings Go After Christmas?

Now that the holiday season is over for many of us and all the wrapping and boxes and packaging is stowed away or thrown in the trash, think about where it all goes. Nothing just stays in a land fill forever. Out of sight is never out of mind.

Plastic Shores is a new film coming out next year about the effects of plastic debris on our oceans produced by La Mode Verte. It “aims to make people think about our use of disposable plastics and what happens to them after they have been thrown away”. Plastic pollution is isn’t about merely throwing a water bottle overboard the family yacht. It often starts, innocuously enough, well inland and without a thought to greater journey a piece of plastic will take the detriment it will have on wildlife and human health far and wide.
