In honor of Southern Fried Scientist & Bluegrass Blue Crab’s new chickens, I give you the popular mock-shanty “Chicken on a Raft.” Written by British folk singer/songwriter/Royal Navy petty officer Cyril Tawney, the eponymous chicken is actually a fried or poached egg on a piece of toast, served cold and congealed. Ewww.
