I wonder if the ‘puppy eyes’ fish is exhausted. It is really ‘breathing’ heavily. Almost looks like a ‘gasping’. Either to pump more oxygen across the gills, or perhaps to catch the scent? Very un-natural breathing, as far as halibut video I have seen.
