The book is in good condition but unfortunately the jacket is badly damaged- it is torn down the spine and as it is a 70 year old piece of paper it is as she describes "falling to pieces". The book is fine though. It is inscribed by Carl L. Hubbs who was the head of the marine bio;logy department at the Institute of Oceanography at La Jolla. It says "With best wishes, Carl Hubbs". Any advice on how much it is worth, or how to sell it, or any offers would be welcome.
