Leatherback turtles are huge! They look like big, black, barnacle-encrusted sea zeppelins, or something. See them in this trailer for Jurassic Journey. The production quality is good, and it sounds exciting. Why am I not watching this on Discovery Channel? The Great Turtle Race features these creatures. Jurassic Journey showed at San Francisco Ocean Film Festival February 2008. Let’s hope the documentary gets picked up by one of the majors, Discovery Channel or National Geographic, so we can watch it full length. The trailer is from YouTube via John Dutton Media.
