Karen, there is a clickable “home” button. Its called “home” up in the left corner :)
Actually, it is on my list of things to do. The problem is with this theme it not at all straight-forward. I’ve spent over an hour, possibly up to 2 hours, trying to make the header clickable. Remember, I’ve built this from scratch using a backbone, not a plug-n-play template.
