25 Days of Christmas: #25 A Donation to Coral

Of all the nonprofits, the Coral Reef Alliance is one of my favorites.  They have provided over $350,000 in microgrants for local efforts to preserve and protect coral reefs around the globe.  A true grass roots effort that empowers local people to make small changes for big impacts.  To this they actively provide support for marine protected areas by providing assistance with training, managing, analyses, and data collection.  To that add an effective outreach and communication strategy and you have a very holistic approach.  So for Christmas day, I want CORAL to continue to succeed and make a difference.  Make a donation today so that reefs are still around in the future.  Consider it a Christmas present to your grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
